There are actually people in these cable cars!
As I write this the UK is being bashed around with some hefty 80mph winds and the biggest tidal surges in 30 years.
It made us think back to 2007 when we were out on our summer camp in Les Deux Alpes and some truly epic weather caught the resort by surprise causing the glacier to close. But not everyone downloaded in time and it left some riders/skiers stuck in cable cars being thrown around in the who had to be rescued!
