Since 2010 we’ve been helping snowboarders here in the UK add more head turning freestyle flair and creativity to their riding with our with our flagship private freestyle snowboard lessons.
From freestyle first time to seasoned pro, these private lessons take advantage of the park set ups at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead. Making them perfect for feature based learning including jumps, kickers, grab, spins, rails, boxes and beyond.

Our flatland freestyle lessons give you the skills to treat the slopes as a black canvass on which to get fully creative.
Working on elements such as ollies, nollies, tail/nose presses, buttering, into to spinning and jib combos.

Want to work on kickers, boxes, rails and other feature orientated freestyle skills?
Whether a first time park rider or a competitive athlete, our park based private freestyle snowboard lessons at The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead are the perfect place to expand your bag of tricks and master new features.
From grabs, spins and inverts on kickers, to board slides, rotations and combos on boxes or rails. Our highly qualified and supportive instructors will be there with video feedback to help you stomp those new tricks and get a couple of shots for the ‘gram in the process.

UK Freestyle & Park Session FAQs
Each lesson is designed bespoke around your level and goals, under the expert guidance of our ISIA or ISTD instructors. This particular type of private snowboard lesson focuses on feature based freestyle, including kickers (jumps), boxes and rails. So if you’re looking to work on those skills then this is the perfect lesson for you!
If you’re looking to work more specifically on flatland freestyle snowboarding or more performance based skill, you’ll likely get more out of our other private lessons here.
Yes you can! Our private freestyle snowboard lessons can be booked for up to 4 people, so check out the price matrix above for multi person costs.
All prices are lesson only, so you’ll need to purchase a slope pass to cover the times and duration of your lesson separately and directly from The Snow Centre.
For freestyle lessons we highly encourage you to bring your own snowboarding gear, it’ll be far better for your progression at this level. However rental board, boots, bindings and helmet are included in the price from the facility where your lesson will be taking place if required. You’ll still need your own clothing/gloves etc and helmets are compulsory for all UK freestyle snowboard lessons.
